Management model

The CELSA Group and Global Steel Wire aims to achieve excellence through its own Management System, the Celsa Management System, which defines how we do what we do.

The CMS is the way people manage our processes at all levels and functions to satisfy our internal and external customers and other stakeholders in a sustainable way.

At the core of the CMS is our culture which comprises our behavioural values (honesty, humility, creative perseverance, non-conformity, teamwork, passion), management rules and collective experience. It is based on 4 elements: People, standardisation, continuous improvement and innovation.

People are the most important, central element in our management system and, to support this element, we have an integrated system with four pillars: attract, recruit, develop and motivate.

Our processes are standardised to guarantee the satisfaction of our internal and external customers, which allows us to achieve the right quality from the outset and avoid waste.

Improvement enables us to continuously increase customer satisfaction and organisational performance to ensure sustainable competitiveness.

And finally, we work on innovation, which enables us to create value for GSW and our customers by finding and developing new opportunities and solutions.
